Jews & Christians come together in an event in Sioux Falls Sunday

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KELO)- Jews and Christians come together in Sioux Falls for an interfaith prayer vigil concerning the terrorist attacks in Israel.

Senator John Thune and Governor Kristi Noem also spoke at the gathering.

Senator Thune said we must come to terms with the evil that has been revealed by the attacks.

The Governor explained how Jews from around the world are personally drawn into the conflict.

About 14-hundred people have been killed in Israel in the conflict, while nearly two-thousand Palestinians have died.
