Johnson says China trade deal should be good for ag producers

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WNAX) – There is optimism around the “Phase 1” deal agreed to with China that may start to end the ongoing trade war.

South Dakota Congressman Dusty Johnson says the overall agreement should be good for ag producers.

Johnson says China needs to expand their food supply.

The U.S. and China are slowly backing down some of the tariffs that were imposed during the trade battle.
