WASHINGTON, D.C. (WNAX) – President Trump signed a series of executive orders over the weekend to extend unemployment benefits, cut payroll taxes and slow down evictions.

South Dakota Congressman Dusty Johnson says powers are supposed to be separated.

Johnson says there are legal issues with each executive order.

Johnson says Congress needs to do something with the next stimulus bill.

The bill is hung up between Democrats who want to spend $3 trillion and Republicans who don’t want to go above $1 trillion.
