WASHINGTON, D.C. (WNAX) – The US House voted last week to impeach President Trump for his instigation of the mob that overran the US Capitol building.

South Dakota Congressman Dusty Johnson voted “No” on the bill but says it wasn’t a vote to exonerate the President.

Johnson says it was a very quick vote.

Johnson says he was pressured both ways on the vote.

The Senate is not scheduled to return to Washington until Tuesday so there are questions when or even if a trial of the President will take place.
