WASHINGTON, D.C. (WNAX) – The U.S. House will vote this week on a near $500 billion business rescue plan already approved by the Senate.
South Dakota Congressman Dusty Johnson says the program has worked very well so far.
Johnson says businesses needed the financial injection.
Johnson says they know there will be a continued need to prop up the economy.
Applications to the Paycheck Protection Plan were halted when the program used up the initial $350 billion set aside for it.
