WASHINGTON, D.C. (WNAX) – Some Congressional leaders are pushing Vice President Mike Pence to initiate action on the 25th Amendment and remove President Trump from office.

That is in response to the mob invading the US Capitol earlier this week.

South Dakota Congressman Dusty Johnson says that’s never been used.

Johnson says using the Amendment could create more divisions.

Johnson says a challenge to the amendment could end up in Congress.
