WASHINGTON, D.C. (WNAX) – Congress has approved an emergency spending bill to deal with a possible outbreak of the coronavirus. South Dakota Congressman Dusty Johnson voted for it.

Johnson says the bill will make testing more widely available.

Johnson says some the money is designated for a more local response.

The Trump Administration had asked for $2.5 billion to fund their coronavirus plan.
