ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Jon Hansen campaign for Governor stopped in Aberdeen on Wednesday.
When he first announced for governor, there were polls showing him with just 2% of voters. Just last week, the latest poll had him climbing to 18% week.
Hansen discuss why his numbers are getting better.
One of the topics he addressed with the interview done on KSDN was the issue recidivism. Hansen discuss how he would address that.
Hansen was asked what the role communities can play to help with decreasing the recidivism rate.
Hansen was asked how much of an issue property taxes are depending on the region you live in within the state.
At his rally tonight Hansen talks about the importance of primaries in this state.
Hansen talked about some of his accomplishments. One was the defeat of Amendment G dealing with abortion in the state.
Hansen believes leadership needs to follow conservative values and not based on polls.
Hansen look ahead if elected. One thing he’s looking to addressing is spending on the state level.
