The K.O. Lee Public Library in Aberdeen will be hosting a bison cooking demonstration on Thursday, April 11th in conjunction with Family Pride Meats of Ipswich, S.D.

Tonya Luond of Family Pride Meats talks about how their company got involved with the BIG Read – Aberdeen program and the process of turning the event into a reality.

Tonya describes what exactly the public will see during the bison cooking demonstration.

Lastly, Tonya shares the details on when and where this gathering is taking place and welcomes the public to come out and try some delicious food!

The event begins at 6 p.m. and will be held at the K.O. Lee Public Library, which is located at 215 SE 4th Ave in the Hub City.
