Katie Washnok explains her reasons for running for District 3 Senate seat

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- This past Friday, the chair of the Brown County GOP, Katie Washnok announced she will run for the District 3 Senate seat representing the city of Aberdeen.

Washnok talks about what motivated her to run.

In her introduction video she talked about her focus on the priorities for the city of Aberdeen.  One of her main focus will be the issue of water.

Washnok discuss the guidelines to get her name on the ballot for the June 2024 primary.

Current District 3 Senator Al Novstrup will be term limited & can’t seek re-election for the Senate seat
