Man subdued with stun gun in Rapid City dies

Brown County jail inmate dies following incident in his cell

ABERDEEN, S.D. (Brown County Sheriff’s Office Press Release) – On Thursday, May 2, after 10 p.m., Mitchell Morrison, 28, was found with a noose around his neck in his jail cell.
