Noem closes portions of three waterways in southeast South Dakota

Falkenberg makes initial court appearance

YANKTON, S.D. (WNAX) – Stephen Falkenberg made his initial court appearance today in Yankton County Circuit Court. Sisseton man pleads not guilty to embezzlement charges
