ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – Development of Kuhnert Arboretum is continuing and the area is gaining in popularity.

Aaron Kiesz, City Forester with the Aberdeen Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department, said a big key has been a trail that winds through the area.

Kiesz said that the Arboretum has an area specifically designed for children.

Another area of the Arboretum features an area where people can try out different instruments.

Kiesz said that the Arboretum, which is slightly off the beaten path, continues to get more and more traffic each year.
