ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Brown County Commission, Tuesday heard complaints from landowners who received a letter from Summit Carbon Solutions.
Former Commissioner Dennis Feickert read a portion of the letter.
Feickert sees the letter from Summit as no more than scare tactics.
DeWayne Siebrasse with Cattlecents Consulting talks about his primary goal is to shutdown the pipeline.
Siebrasse discuss what the easement does to the landowner & believes a foreign entity could be driving this.
The Brown County Planning & Zoning Board will hold a hearing on Tuesday, April 18th at 7pm with the County Commission to decide on the ordinance dealing with pipelines on Tuesday, April 25th at 8:45am.
