ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Landowners are hosting a Property Rights Land Owner meeting Wednesday at the Ramkota.

Topics discussed include updates on CO2 pipelines, seizing of farmland, eminent domain reform legislation, & local control.  Issues likely to be debated during the 2024 South Dakota Legislative session.

Guest speakers are McPherson County landowner Mark Lapka & Spink County landowner Ed Fischbach.

The event will begin at 6pm and there will be a buffet meal available prior to it.

The meeting is open to the public.
