Landowners opposing CO2 pipelines react to comments made by Brent Gabler

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Last week, Faulk County landowner Brent Gabler made comments about his support of CO2 pipelines to the Brown County Commission.

On Tuesday, Spink County landowner Ed Fischbach tried to counter what Gabler said.

Fischbach countered Gabler’s claim that ethanol industries needs the pipelines.

Fischbach discussed what people in Washington are saying about this.

Fischbach reminds the commission that not all ethanol plants are in agreement about needing the pipelines.

Last week, Gabler discuss the rights of landowners who signed easements to Summit Carbon Solutions.

Former Brown County Commissioner Dennis Feickert offered a response to those comments.

Comments were made during the Open Forum so commissioners didn’t get a chance to respond to those statements.
