ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)-  Landowners, South Dakota legislators, & citizens are invited to a Property Rights Rally to be held Monday, January 8th at the Capitol Rotunda in Pierre, one day prior to the start of the 2024 legislative session.

Among the topic discussed will include bills they are working on for this year’s session including one banning using eminent domain for CO2 pipeline.

The motto for this rally is “Property Rights & Local Control is essential to our freedom.”

The rally will begin at 12pm.
