CANTON, S.D. (WNAX) – While the 2020 session of the South Dakota legislature has one more day to finish up, lawmakers have agreed on the outlines of the 2021 session.
Senator Jim Bolin says next year’s session will look a lot like this year’s.
Bolin says there was some discussion of going to the full 40-day schedule.
Bolin says one change that may come next year is moving crossover day earlier in the session.
Bolin, assistant Senate Majority Leader, is also a member of the Executive Board.
