YANKTON, S.D. (WNAX) – Lawmakers are making plans for the start of the South Dakota legislative session next week.

District 18 Representative Ryan Cwach of Yankton will be in his second session and says he learned a lot last year.

Cwach says he has some bills ready to file.

Cwach says he also wants more debate on a bill to help people pay for long term care.

The session starts Tuesday with Governor Kristi Noem’s state of the state speech.
