PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- A bill that would allow an employee to claim an exemption from vaccine mandates through natural immunity made it through the Senate last week.

Senator Mike Diedrich of Rapid City says there are still questions about immunities.

Diedrich says the bill is about personal responsibility.

The bill now moves on to a House committee for a hearing.
