District 23 Senator Mark Lapka(Lap-key) express a proposal discussing potential rate increases.
District 23 House member Scott Moore update on the Appropriation Committees he is currently on.
District 23 House member Spencer Gosch reminds the people that the Governor is required to propose a budget but that the legislature does have the final say.
