ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The first Legislative Coffee of 2025 was held Saturday at the Kessler’s Champions Room inside the Barnett Center on the campus of NSU.

District 3 House member Al Novstrup express the importance of passing the bill dealing with the Richmond Dam project.

District 3 Senator Carl Perry acknowledge the passing of former Aberdeen Central teacher & legislator Burt Elliott.

District 23 Senator Mark Lapka(Lap-key) express a proposal discussing potential rate increases.

District 23 House member Scott Moore update on the Appropriation Committees he is currently on.

District 23 House member Spencer Gosch reminds the people that the Governor is required to propose a budget but that the legislature does have the final say.
