SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KELO)- 2024 will mark the return to tighter budgets for South Dakota legislators.

That’s the prediction of state Representative Tony Venhuizen of Sioux Falls…who’s a member of the Appropriations Committee.

Venhuizen says it’s all changing because federal stimulus money is running out, and the economy isn’t expanding like it did the last few years.
