ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The 3rd annual Level Up Conference was held at Northern State University on Thursday.  This is a program that Congressman Dusty Johnson has been doing inviting high school students an opportunity to speak directly with him.

Congressman Johnson’s theme for the forum this year is traits he looks for when it comes to hiring someone.

He broke it down to four key points.  The first one is the ability to showing compassion.

Johnson’s 2nd trait he talks about his raising your hand and stepping up as a leader.

He expands on that by talking about the importance of volunteering.

Johnson’s third trait is the willingness to put forth the effort needed to accomplish tasks.

The final trait Congressman Johnson talks about is being an optimist.

Afterwards, he fielded questions from the students about what’s happening in Washington.
