OMAHA, N.E.(WNAX)- Low water levels on Missouri River reservoirs will lead to much below normal flows in the river.
Mike Swenson with the Corps of Engineers in Omaha, says releases from Gavins Point Dam will stay low through the rest of winter.
Swenson says water stored is well below normal and the flood pool.
Swenson says they are predicting minimum service flows.
The Corps is predicting runoff into the system this spring at about eighty four percent of normal.
