Aberdeen, SD (HubCityRadio.com) – After four years on the gridiron for the Wolves, Northern State University linebacker Luke Gunderson has been invited to rookie minicamp for a pair of NFL franchises, the Green Bay Packers & the Indianapolis Colts.

The Buffalo, MN native was named second team All-NSIC after his senior year after a 52 tackle season, five tackles for loss, a sack & a pair of interceptions.

Gunderson picked up a season high eight tackles and an interception against Wayne State, in his final career game with the Wolves in a 28-21 win in Wayne, NE.

In 2023, he was named NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence, in addition to another stellar year. Gunderson had 53 tackles, seven tackles for a loss, two and a half sacks and a pick-six against Wayne State.

During his time at Northern State, Gunderson played in 37 games, making 131 tackles, 14.5 tackles for a loss + four and a half sacks, three interceptions & defending 10 passes.
