ABERDEEN, S.D.(Press Release) – The Malchow Plaza Farmers Market is now accepting vendor applications for the 2024 Farmers Market season.

Located on Malchow Plaza on main street Aberdeen, the farmers market reinvented itself with an official name – Malchow Plaza Farmers Market – its own Facebook page and email address, and setting small vendor fees, which will go toward the promotion of the market in hopes of increasing visibility and drawing more vendors and shoppers to the Main Street market.

The Malchow Plaza Farmers Market is more than just garden produce. Vendors may sell anything they have grown or made. In addition to various fresh produce, last summer’s booths offered baked goods, floral arrangements, kettle corn, beef, natural remedies, home decor, and more.

Vendors can pay a per-week fee or sign up for the entire season for a heavily discounted rate, which will increase slightly after April 15. The vendor chooses the weeks that work for them to attend with either method.

The next organizational meeting will take place on Saturday, April 6, at 10 a.m. in the upstairs area in The Market on the Plaza.
