PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) – Kimberley Guilfoyle, (gill-foil) the girlfriend of Donald Trump Jr., and a Trump Campaign official tested positive for the coronavirus when she visited western South Dakota on Friday. Governor Kristi Noem appeared at a fundraiser with her and there is an image of the two hugging.

State Health Department Secretary Kim Malsam-Rysdon says they have recommended actions for anyone that comes in contact with a positive case.

Malsam-Rysdon says they are still learning how the disease is transmitted.

Noem later boarded Air Force One and flew with the President back to Washington.

Malsam-Rysdon says there are a number of coronavirus indicators that should be watched.

Malsam-Rysdon referred all other questions about the Governor to her office.
