YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- Incoming South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley has put together a group of law enforcement officers, led by Yankton County Sheriff Jim Vlahakis (vla-hawk-iss) to find the next head of the Division of Criminal Investigation.

Jackley says the role of the DCI has not changed.

Jackley says there are some critical issues within the DCI.

Jackley faces no opposition in the November election and will be sworn in at Attorney General in January.
