CENTERVILLE, S.D.(WNAX)- The possible impeachment of South Dakota Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg will now be in the hands of the South Dakota House. Members will return to Pierre on Tuesday to officially receive the report from the Select Committee on Investigation and go from there.

Representative Richard Vasgaard of Centerville says it’s a difficult issue.

Vasgaard says he hasn’t made a decision yet.

The committee recommended not to impeach. The House can accept that finding or vote to impeach the Attorney General.
