OMAHA, N.E.(WNAX)- For the 12th straight month, the Creighton University Mid-America Business Conditions Index, a leading economic indicator for the nine-state region stretching from Minnesota and the Dakotas to Arkansas, moved into vigorous growth territory.
Ernie Goss director of Creighton University’s Economic Forecasting Group says while still positive, the overall index dropped a bit.
Goss says the employment index also stayed in growth territory.
Goss says inflation continues to show itself.
