SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELOLAND) — A South Dakota cowgirl has made the national stage.

Miss Rodeo of South Dakota, Callie Mueller, has won the national Miss Rodeo of America title. Sunday night was the crowning ceremony, ending the nine day competition in Las Vegas, NV.

Mueller has been competing in competitions since 2019. Gov. Kristi Noem gave her congratulations to Mueller on X.

Mueller hails from Florence.
