Missouri River will continue to run high into fall

YANKTON, S.D. (WNAX) – The Missouri River continues to run high and will well into the fall.

John Remus, Chief of the Missouri River Basin Water Management Office for the Corps of Engineers, says they continue to monitor flows into the reservoir system.

Remus says they expect run off to stay on the high side.

Releases from all the dams on the river will stay above normal into fall.
