Mogle and Turnquist Ranked in January NWCA Poll

Manheim, PA (NSUWolves.com)  – The National Wrestling Coaches Association released their third team and individual rankings of the season this week with two Northern State Wolves included. Braydon Mogle moved to No. 12 at 141-pounds, while Wyatt Turnquist jumped to No. 4 at 149-pounds. In addition, the Wolves are receiving votes in the team rankings.

Mogle holds a 10-5 record overall this season and 3-0 mark in the Northern Sun. The 141-pounder has top-25 victories over then No. 9 Mason Myers and No. 6 Isham Peace. Turnquist is 14-2 on the year and 3-0 in the NSIC. The grad student has tallied top-25 wins over then No. 9 James Ruan, No. 3 Dylan Brown, and No. 2 Cael Larson.

The next edition of the poll will come out as Division II’s teams head into the final weeks of the regular season, with a release date of Feb. 17, 2025.
