YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- Moving into April will mean orange barrels and barriers as road construction ramps up.

Regional D.O.T. Engineer Greg Rothschadl says there will be some major projects in the area.

Rothschadl says they have been able to land contractors for the projects so far.

Highway 46 from Irene to the Highway 81 junction will also see the beginnings of a major rebuild this summer.
