SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(WNAX)- More information on the now closed investigation into T. Denny Sanford has been released following a circuit court decision.

Sanford had been investigated into connection with possible child porn.

South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley had been defending Sanford before he was elected.

Jackley says the recently released information doesn’t have much new information.

Jackley says the case got more attention because Sanford was involved.

Jackley says the case is closed unless some new information is found.
