KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WNAX) – Another round of heavy rain is expected across much of the northern plains this week.
Doug Kluck, with the National Weather Service Central Region Office in Kansas City, says the current pattern is locked in.
Kluck says disturbances have been showing up on a regular basis.
Kluck says it is all happening during the wettest time of the year, too.
The climate forecasts all point toward cooler and wetter than normal conditions through most of the summer.
