PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) – After successfully leasing out an 8,000-acre ranch in Harding County owned by South Dakota State University, more university owned land will be up for sale over the next few months.

Commissioner of School & Public Lands Ryan Brunner says SDSU is making changes in their land use.

Brunner says there are some large tracts to be sold.

Brunner says most of the land has been held by SDSU for some time.

Brunner says his office will also assist SDSU in buying the land for their new facilities.
