ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – Aberdeen will be getting a new eight-screen cineplex movie theater.

Odyssey Entertainment announced that Odyssey Aberdeen 8 will be located on Milwaukee Southeast, next to Allevity Entertainment, north of the Aberdeen Mall.

Odyssey currently has a complex in Watertown and Bryan Sieve, VP Finance and Development with the company, said Aberdeen residents have enjoyed going to that theater.

Odyssey will feature wine and beer options, reclining seats, and bigger screens than most theaters.

Construction is expected to start this summer.

Sieve is excited about bringing Odyssey to the Hub City.
