PIERRE, S.D. (KBHB) – South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem was asked about the status of the 80th Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally on Wednesday during her daily press conference.
Noem says as of now, there has not been any planning one way or another yet.
On that note, Noem said each and every day we go forward, we are in a better position to make good decisions that are appropriate with more facts and more information.
This year’s Rally is slated to begin officially on Aug. 7.
The city of Sturgis so far had indicated the event is still on.
