ABERDEEN, S.D. (Press Release) – Due to the heavy snow, limited visibility, snow/ice covered roadways, the status of water along the roadways, and damage on some roadways from flooding the Brown County Sheriff has issued a NO TRAVEL advisory for Brown County highways and township roads. State DOT has also issued a NO TRAVEL advisory for all state highways in Brown County. This is in effect now thru Friday morning at 6 a.m.

This does not included the City of Aberdeen.

Dangerous conditions are currently ongoing.  People are asked to stay put and let the storm subside before traveling.
