Noem commends residents for sticking together during pandemic

ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – It’s been a year unlike any other in state history, but South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem said she is proud of the way the state’s residents have rallied around each other during this difficult time.

Noem was in town on Friday for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3M. She also met with some city and county leaders. Noem said 3M is a vital part of Aberdeen and the entire state.

The Governor said she was disappointed with the this week’s passage to legalize marijuana. She said it will have a major impact on the state financially.

Noem also shared her thoughts on this week’s national election as President Donald Trump has accused some states of voting improprieties.
