PIERRE, S.D. (KWAT) – South Dakotans will decide a pair of marijuana questions on the ballot this election day.
One question asks whether medicinal marijuana should be made legal. The other asks the same question on recreational pot.
South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem isn’t fond of either.
The governor is a staunch opponent of the recreational marijuana question.
South Dakota is one of 11 states where both forms of marijuana are currently illegal.
