PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) – South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem will deliver her annual State of the State Address to a joint meeting of the legislature Tuesday.

In a video released by her office, she previewed some of the themes in the speech, focusing on economic expansion.

Noem says she wants to help new and expanding businesses.

Noem says the state has the ability to move rapidly.

Noem will deliver her speech about 1 p.m. Tuesday following the opening of the 2020 legislative session.
