KEYSTONE, S.D. (WNAX) – South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem hosted President Trump at a return to the fireworks show at Mt Rushmore Friday night.

Noem, in her speech to the crowd, said there is an effort underway to undo the American legacy.

Noem says history can teach important lessons.

Noem says the ideals of the founders are solid.

The President, in his remarks, said the political left hopes “to defame our heroes, erase our values and indoctrinate our children.” He said Americans should be proud of our heritage and not apologize for history.
