SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (WNAX) – South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem met in Sioux Falls with officials from Sanford Health and Avera Health to talk about cooperation in the face of the coronavirus outbreak. Following that meeting Noem announced that state schools will be closed again next week.

Noem said there are now a total of 11 diagnosed cases of coronavirus in the state.

Sanford Health Chief Medical Officer Doctor Allison Suttle says they are ready for what may come.
