PIERRE, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – Gov. Kristi Noem signed an executive order on Monday outlining guidelines for businesses, healthcare providers and community leaders during the coronavirus outbreak.
Noem talked about the order during a press conference.
She said the order serves as a baseline for protocol to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Noem said she is telling people what to do in the state, and that local leaders have the ability to implement rules and regulations.
