Mental health can often be overlooked or dismissed, but Northeastern Mental Health is doing their best to raise awareness with a Workplace Challenge and a Documentary. Amy Sanderson with NEMHC has more on the Challenge

The City of Aberdeen was the first employer to sign up, and they are hoping many others will follow their lead. Sanderson also talked about a Documentary that will be shown Thursday the 30th at the Capital Theater focusing on Suicide and Suicide Awareness.
