Northern State held ribbon cutting for new Business and Health Innovation Center

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Northern State University held a ribbon cutting Thursday for the Business and Health Innovation Center.

NSU President Alan LaFave went over the timeline of how the building came about.

Board of Regents Vice President Randy Frederick describe the connection of business to the communities.

Executive Director of the Startup and Innovation Center Bea Smith talks about how this location will benefit the city.

Beside business, nursing classes will also take place inside the building.  NSU’s Associate Dean of Nursing Dr. Lyncee Munson:

NSU are working with Avera here in Aberdeen.  Avera President Daniel Bjerknes talks about working in conjunction with Northern.

Aberdeen Mayor Travis Schaunaman praise NSU’s relationship with the city of Aberdeen.
