Northern State Splits With USF

Sioux Falls, SD (NSUWolves.com) – The Northern State University baseball team split the day winning in game one, 6-4 and losing in game two, 12-2 against Concordia-St. Paul. Max Otto notched the win on the day in a complete game with eight strikeouts while a powerful offense in game two by the Golden Bears kept the win out of reach.

The Wolves recorded ten runs off of 19 hits on the day. In the eleventh inning of game two, Jack Weidner knocked in the game winning run to close out the series, 2-2 against the Golden Bears.
