ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The Northern State School of Fine Arts is preparing to host its first ever Virtual Arts Day. The event is set for Wednesday, Nov. 4.
Ken Boulton, NSU School of Fine Arts Dean, talked about how the Virtual Arts Day came about.
NSU staff and students will be involved in holding workshops throughout the day. Boulton said there are currently more than 300 students from South Dakota, North Dakota, the Virgin Islands and Canada signed up.
Boulton isn’t sure what the future holds about more virtual events, but said that NSU hosted a similar event last summer that drew very positive feedback.
